Requirements:
Before attending this course registrants MUST have completed GF Theory & Intro course or Level 1 Artistic Gymnastics Certification.
Minimum age 15
This course is for coaches interested in leading gymnastics classes for children under the age of 6.
The goal of all Active Start programs is to provide participants with a multi-movement based program that encourages participation in activities that contribute to improved motor, cognitive, psycho-social and physical development.
