Upon recommendation of the coaches, and assessment of our competitive head coach, children will be invited to join our “Teams” program. These teams train between 4 and 9 hours per week and aim to teach more difficult skills, build strength and flexibility in a fun and supportive environment. Athletes have the choice to compete OR opt to create their own routines to demo at our in house competitions/showcases held 2-3 times a year.
Our team athletes are provided opportunities to practice competing iduring our in-house meets each year. Once the coach feels the athlete is ready, they are given option to travel down south to test out their routines against athletes from other clubs. They are also given opportunities to train at other gyms as well as participate in week long gymnastics camps during the summer time.
