Active Start
45 minute program for children ages 1 to 4 years. Age 1-2 years with parent participation, age 3-4 years unparented. Children will have the opportunity to explore the equipment, including bars, balance beam, trampolines and foam pits, through play and exploration to develop the fundamentals of gymnastics.
Tumble Bugs
30 minute program for children ages 12 to 24 months, with parent participation. Designed to introduce toddlers to the basics of movements and the gymnastics environment.
Tiny Tots
45 minute program for children ages 2 to 3 years, with parent participation. Designed to introduce toddlers to gymnastics in a fun, structured environment.
Tumble Tykes
45 minute program for children ages 3 to 4 years. Tumble Tykes will have the opportunity to explore all the equipment, including bars, balance beams, trampolines and foam pit all on their own!!!
Tumble Tykes may have a parent participate only if necessary and just for the first week or two. If they are not ready to be on their own, we recommend registering for Tiny Tots.
Kinder Kids
45 minute program for 4 to 5 year old's, they should be comfortable participating without a parent on the floor. Kinder Kids will continue to develop the fundamentals of gymnastics (swings, springs, rotations, locomotion's, statics and landings) while also improving listening skills and following circuits in a fun-filled environment.
KinderPlus
45 minute program for 4 to 5 year old's, who do the kinder kids circuits with ease, have no fear and have good listening skills. This class introduces participant to some of the more difficult level 1-3 skills that may not be taught in a Kinder kids class. This includes sticky bug roll outs, teeter totters, timber falls and back drops, inverted candle, pullovers)
CANGYM
The CanGym Program is Canada’s National Skill Development and Evaluation program for boys and girls aged 5 years and up. There are 12 badge levels. Badges 1 through 4 focus on skills that are considered “building blocks” for more advanced gymnastics. Badges 5 through 12 are separated into Mens Artistic Gymnastics and Womens Artistic gymnastics.
At each level, all of the skills must be mastered before moving to the next badge.
CanGym Badge 1 - 3 (Burgundy - Tan) for 4-6yrs
The first 3 levels in the Cangym Program focus on skills that are considered “building blocks” for more advanced gymnastics, while also building on the Fundamental Movement Patterns. This class is geared towards kids that have already participated in the Tumble Tykes or Kinder Kids classes.
CanGym Badge 4 - 6 (Bronze-Purple-Blue) for 4-6yrs
This class is available to kids that have successfully completed CanGym 1-3 for 4-6yrs. They continue to build on basic gymnastics while also introducing more difficult skills. Once they turn 7 they would move to Can Gym 1-6
CanGym Badge 1-2 ( Burgundy - Red) Age 7+
CanGym Badge 3-4 (Tan - Bronze) Age 7+
CanGym Badge 5-6 (Purple - Blue) Age 7+
Advanced Rec / CanGym Badge 7-12 (Turquoise - Gold) Age 7+
Participants must have completed Badge 6 in order to register. 1-2-hour long class. Our most advanced Recreational classes, they further develop skills and create short routines.

Adult Program
Adult class covers an introduction to basic skills on all gymnastics apparatuses for both Men’s Artistic and Women’s Artistic disciplines.
