Camp Daily Schedule - Example

 
8:00 - Drop off
8:00 -10:00 - Gymnastics 
10:00-10:15 - Snack
10:30-12:00 - Park/outside play 
12:00-12:30 - Lunch
12:30-1:00 - Free Play
1:00-3:00 - Activity 
3:00-3:15 - Snack
3:15-4:15 - Gymnastics
4:30-5:00 - Clean up/ Pick up 
All participants must be picked up by 5:00, late pick ups will result in a late fee of $20.00. 

 

What to bring 

  • Backpack
  • Healthy lunch
  • Morning & afternoon snack
  • Water bottle (labeled)
  • Change of clothing (Plastics bag for dirty items)
  • Sunscreen & bug spray (labeled) - Summer only 
  • Hat - Summer Only
  • Proper footwear for walking (no flipflops, fancy shoes) - Summer Only 
  • Winter Clothing for outside play 

Please ensure that your child is signed in at the beginning of everyday and signed our at the end of the day. A staff member will be at the door to greet you and assist if you have any questions. Your contact information must be up to date. All participants being picked up by another parent/guardian will not be dismissed without proper notification. Participants are not permitted to sign themselves in our out of the program. 

 

All belonging must be brought home at the end of the day. Any items left will be placed in the lost and found and disposed of at the end of the week. 

 

Electronic devices, including but not limited to mobile phones, Ipods, Ipads, tablets, etc. are NOT permitted. If they are brought into the facility Yellowknife Gymnastics Club is not responsible if they are lost or stolen. 

 

We are a nut free facility, please respect the health and safety of our participants and staff. Sharing of food is not permitted. 

 

Sunscreen and bug spray will not be shared between campers, please ensure your child has their own.
